As a senior coming here since opening, I am seeing a change in the quality of food on both the senior and regular menus. At first it was outstanding, but now is just average or less. Have observed the same thing at most other restaurants, probably due to increased wages, staffing shortage, and other industry issues. The venue continues to be beautiful, staff is friendly, but menu items are disappointing.
The food was excellent. The waitstaff members were friendly and helpful. The Senior staff member was rather rude and even though we are both 70 years old he wouldn't allow us to order off the senior menu. We will not be back even though the food was good.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: No
I've seen the reviews and was excited to try the food out. On a sunny summer day at low tide, it would have been the perfect time to eat at the beach. We had the smash burger and fish and chips. Everything was under seasoned. The burger nicely cooked at medium tasted like unseasoned beef. No taste of salt or pepper and couldn't taste the cheese. Weird! The beer battered fish was crunchy and moist, but it hand no flavor along with the tartar sauce and coleslaw. The coleslaw was hardly dressed. The seasoned wedge potatoes Jojos was crunchy and had a creamy texture inside, however, for "seasoned" exterior was bland. They are serving subsidized meals for Seniors. Kudos!!! but please add more flavor. For now, I'll be picking up takeout from Salish Sea Brewery for my beach side meals.
Such a nice venue. Staff very professional. Food was excellent -- fish & chips, rock fish sandwich and turkey sandwich. When on Edmonds waterfront, give Potlach Bistro a try. Yum!
Great chef, good variety menu, very pleasant service. Love the atmosphere with background live music.
Very friendly. The owner hands on. Great place to have coffee while sitting with your child reading a book from next door. Just love this neighborhood

The food was really good. The only downside is busing your own table. That is hard for us seniors.
Pleasant casual place with better-than-it-needs-to-be food and beautiful views. Also helps local seniors with discounted meals.
Good lunch food, million dollar views! Wonderful amenity to the senior center.
