Story

The Postmark Grille is a new, Ma and Pa, family-owned restuarant that is coming to downtown Hudson, Wisconsin. We will be providing a full menu, specializing in Italian-American food, including pizzas, pastas, dinners, salads and soups, sandwiches and wraps, burgers and more. All of our food is homemade from scratch, and offer delicious, large servings for reasonible prices. Our goal is to make everyone's experience at our restuarant the most enjoyable as possible.
As you can tell, we are still under the construction and remodeling phase of our restaurant. We invite anyone who is curious to stop on by and see our progress first-hand. This building is truly unique, and we have uncovered, and restored many of the original pieces of the building which were hidden and/or deemed unefficient for use. This is quite a project for us, and we are excited for the end product and deeply appreciate the encouragement we have recieved from those in the community. :) As we have stated, stop on by and ask questions. Our doors are always open to the public....as long as we are there! We will add photos of our progress, continue to add photos as we get more accomplished, as well as a detailed list of our menu items, hours, hiring process, etc when the opening date draws nearer.
