Agave Kitchen

I love this place. The menu options are limited, but Agave is good at what it does: burgers, tacos, cheese curds, etc. They have great drinks too. The biggest downside is the cost and the space. Burgers are around $13 with some add on options available. They have a gluten free bun for an extra $1. Agave is a cozy place with seating on the first floor where there is also a bar, a few two-person tables on the second floor where the kitchen is, and then a space upstairs that they call the bullpen. I haven't been up there yet. There can be a wait time if you go during peak hours. We went last Saturday and had to wait about 10 minutes to get a table. Not bad in my opinion. All in all, this is a nice place that I highly recommend. Just plan to spend around $15/person for dinner and more if you go for drinks.

My favorite place to eat of all time! They have an extensive burger list, of which you can sub a garden burger patty to any of the burgers and have a vegetarian meal. The NOLA fries are the best and the Kowalski tacos are delicious too. As a vegetarian, many places have a limited selection for me, but not Agave Kitchen. You can modify dozens of dishes and still have an amazing meal. 5 stars!

Though we live in the area, we had never been here before. We walked in the door, and were immediately greeted by a friendly host, who asked where we'd like to sit. The options were downstairs in the slightly more casual area, or in the bar and grill area upstairs. We chose the latter. We walked up to the third floor, and were told we told we could sit wherever we wanted. Kevin the bartender came to our table immediately and greeted us with menus. He asked us what we'd like to drink, and told us if we needed anything to let him know. He brought us our drinks, and answered our menu questions with a high level of knowledge and confidence. We ordered an appetizer and placed our food order. He was very attentive with our drink needs. We received our appetizer, the Twinkie. It was outstanding. Our burgers were also outstanding. Overall, the food, ambience, and service were excellent. I would highly recommend Agave Kitchen for a fun dinner and evening out.

Such amazing food, it's no wonder it's always packed on the weekends. Don't be scared off by a wait though, they're always quick to seat you and it's well worth the time. A Hudson favorite for sure.

Great Food, great value. The staff are awesome! Ally and Nicole were working on this day. Both of these awesome ladies are an asset to this establishment!
