The Personal Touch has been my Racine florist for over thirteen years. I found them on line and have never been sorry. I live in Florida and they take care of the cemetery where my grandparents are. I am forever grateful for the "personal touch" that they give, along with the lovely bouquets.On top of that, they are friendly whenever I call.

Extremely pleased by the floral arrangement that was ordered sight unseen. It was for a very special funeral. Will definitely be a repeat customer. The person taking the order was knowledge, friendly and helpful.

VERY DISAPPOINTED in the flowers delivered! I called and requested a “colorful” bouquet of flowers in yellow, bright pink, lime green and purple. I specified “colorful” several times and the types of flowers I wanted in the bouquet. Julie took my order and repeated it back to me so I’m not sure what happened. It is not colorful at all and only 2 types of flowers were used that I requested. It looked thrown together and had more greenery than flowers. (The greenery appears to be left over Christmas greenery). I did call and talk to Jaimie about this. She stated it was colorful and had the colors that I requested and went on to say there was only light pink carnations available and that white flowers were added. She then stated that they could be exchanged after I expressed how disappointed I was. I was really taken back by her comment and couldn’t believe that flowers could be “exchanged” after “giving” them to someone. Really!? They should have sent new flowers as per my order. My recommendation is to purchase flowers elsewhere. In my case, I was out of town so I couldn’t hand deliver. Next time I will use FTD, Teleflora, Amazon or just have a family member pick up and deliver flowers from Piggly Wiggly, Festival Foods or Pick-N-Save....they have beautiful & colorful flowers and are a quarter of the price! By the way, this is the first, ever, negative rating I have listed.

They did an amazinging job from the presentation to the delivery of the flowers. Thank you so much. I hope to use you all again.

While away on business, I ordered flowers for my wife. Never before have I been treated so poorly by a company both in product and service. They don't live up to their own guarantee or stand behind their work. The arrangement ordered looked like it had been thrown together without any care or skill. Their reaction to an unhappy customer: "We'll send someone over to pickup the flowers up from your wife." How crude and insensitive, an obvious ploy to get me to drop my complaint and move on. If you wish to gamble as to whether your gift of flowers will be prepared well and by a professional florist, by all means use them. I am writting this, however, to steer business away and with any luck close down this business. **** DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS ***** *** NEGATIVE FIVE STARS ***
