The floral arrangement done by this business was excellent. Everything was professionally done and we couldn't have asked for more care or thought at this time of our bereavement. The flowers were done for a funeral and we greatly appreciate the attention to detail and obvious hard work that went into making the arrangement.

Sweet personality, and it shows in every detail in her arrangements. I've received arrangements from Felicia, purchased, and asked for help on how to keep floral. Customer service is amazing. I would say, love is the secret... THANK YOU!

Great customer service! I ordered flowers for my doctor and was told the day they tried to deliver them that she was on vacation for a week. Without any hesitation, she mentioned to me she would hold my order until the following Monday and send out a fresh order- no problem or fee associated. I also really loved how quick and convienant the website was to order through and that you can check the status of the delivery.

Orders flowers to be delivered for Valentine's day and got a call in the afternoon asking if they could substitute the vase with another because it was sold out. I said sure as long as it was as nice as the one advertised. I was told it would be delivered between 3 and 4pm. Wife came home empty handed around 545pm!!!! PISSED!!!!!! AT ME!!! Thinking I forgot. I had to call them and then they wanted to deliver tomorrow!!!! They delivered them to the house in what looks to be a square mason jar!!!!! Not what I was expecting!!! I will never order from this place again!

This service is extremely friendly, professional, and quick. A response within minutes was given to me regarding an order from out of town. I am in Alabama and Felicia herself called me to ensure that my arrangement was delivered and done right. Very professional service. I recommend using this service.
