Pick 'n Save

After 15+ hours over the last three days and calling to confirm my delivery of approx $200 worth of g rocerys today, I was told that I never placed an order! That according to their computers I hadn't been on their site or in their store for over a year!nI've worked with computers since the early 70's and that includes an offer to work as a programmer from Atlanta to Houston!nI had a delivery slot, order in my cart marked all items for delivery, entered my credit card info. And after all those hours, finding everything I wanted, a person with very broken English, told me I had never signed into my account, placed an order or filled my cart over and over again!nThis site is Not User Friendly! I've used the place order for pic up successfully but all the substitutions were very disappointing! Especially when I went into the store and the items I ordered were there, on the shelves! Now that I'm disabled I was looking forward to having my groceries delivered!nNearly all of my purchases are on line these days, with NONE of the PROBLEMS I've experienced with your site!nThoroughly disgusted!

I have never interacted with one nice employee at this location. In fact I’ve had the door slammed in my face as an employee walked into a door not open to public until a certain time. She saw us walking up the whole time behind her and could’ve mentioned at anytime before then while we were walking that way behind her that she wasn’t going to allow us inside that door that she used, she waited until we were about to follow in behind her to slam it in our face and tell us we have to use another. The shelves are always empty and employees during the night shift are rude. One woman in particular, I’ve never caught her name on her badge even though I’ve looked or I would complain about her in particular. Dirty blonde hair, usually there later in the day and hair is usually pulled back in a ponytail. Older in age, maybe late 40s and usually is running self check outs.

Don’t bother with boost deliveries from this location. Drivers will not deliver in the time frame you select. The drivers can and will cancel your delivery if they don’t feel like bringing your groceries. There are no repercussions for them to do so. They inconvenience customers all the time it is more of a guarantee for you to go to the grocery store and buy your own groceries then to choose this delivery service.

Prices way too high. Store has gotten rid of a lot of my favorite products and switched to Kroger brand. Something's I prefer name brands.

Pick n Save I liked better before as there are never enough cashier's or baggers anymore. Even when busy they have only 1 cashier and bagger and I hate the self checkout lanes. I have been going to Piggy Wiggly more as they have 2 or 3 cashier's and baggers available at all times.
