Rhos has helped me out multiple times. He is not pushy with his services. Gives you options and suggests the best option. He is not driven by money. I trust him with decisions for my vet hospital.

When I am in a computer panic, I call Rhos, and he is is always able to help me out, whatever the problem might be. He is always extremely eager to be of great service and help, and he really knows his computers (he is one of those computer wizards who can communicate with the computer ;) If you are having any kind of computer conundrum, I highly recommend calling Rhos!

Rhos has helped me out many times with his extensive knowledge. I know more than a little about computers and still he amazes me with how he can recall what screens to pull up for obscure issues even when he isn't at a computer. Certainly the PC Tech guys are priced fairly and extremely competitive in that regard. I continue to bring my tech issues and networking challenges to The PC Tech Guys.

Rhos' customer service was excellent. He went above and beyond what I was needing help with, he also finished the work very quickly and he even delivered my computer when he was finished! I highly recommend Rhos for anyone needing PC repairs or maintenance in Squamish
