Poor customer service, just called to ask about in-store stock and the employee was really short with me. It was hard to get a word in. As a customer, I really anticipate at the very least basic phone etiquette and politeness from a popular chain store. I don’t have this experience at other locations, especially when I am inquiring about purchasing technology.

Tyler in the store was most helpful. He helped me with changing my car fob battery control. He had great patience and customer service. Thanks, Gary

I don’t feel great about leaving poor reviews however my experience with London drugs Squamish is deserving of 1 star. I dropped my film to the photo lab at the end of June and heard nothing back for around a month. I didn’t think too much of this as I’ve had long processing times with similar stores in the past. After about a month I received a call saying that the film had been lost in postage and that they would try their best to locate it. Another week later I got another call saying the film was lost and I would receive a refund and a $25 voucher.nI then went back into the store to get my refund and voucher where the manager was unable to recall the system process to enable a refund so gave me an additional voucher instead - although I wasn’t particular keen to spend any more money at this store.nnAnyway moral of the story is get your film developed at an actual lab and I’d avoid this London drugs if possible :

Ordered 2 photos on Wednesday with an estimate of being done at 5pm the same day. No update by sunday, called everyday, being told it would be ready the next day. We ordered them for an event, did not deliver in the timeframe they promised.
