I had bought a high end DSLR Camera from Budz at London Drugs about 18 months ago. I recently learned that a software update was needed. This was way beyond my technical ability. So I went back to the store looking for help. Budz was working and helped me quickly and efficiently. Budz deserves 5 stars for customer support.

Do not develop your film here. I put my film in over a month ago and it still hasn’t been developed even though I have had countless calls communication with London drugs they have all been unhelpful and have told me that it will be ready “ the next day”. I’m a very dissatisfied customer I will not be developing my film here again

Great experience here today. The employee in the electronics section went above and beyond to help me get the cable I needed - plus a cleaning kit - to get my portable laptop screen back up and running. Really appreciated the support!

They used to be reliable but this time they have repeatedly missed their timelines on my refill.

Great prices, but I don't understand how they don't have printing services. If you want to print something in town you have to go downtown which is super inconvenient for folks who live North of Squamish. They should have printing services.
