I had a very good and seamless experience with the pc room. I ordered because they had good refurbished laptops and a great price. After ordering I found out the shop was local. I called and they were more than happy to let me pick it up. Took it home and updates to windows 11. Now it works great and like new.
This place is amazing I bought a great laptop within my budget which they set up and even double checked it that it booted up etc in front of me. The store is spotless, knowledge, no up selling and their customer service is outstanding. Definitely my go to shop now
Bought surface pro 6 with 1 TB memory at the best deal. PC room customer service is really nice and people are humble too. This was my 2nd purchase of a laptop here. I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for good quality tech devices.
Purchasing a refurbished laptop was the best decision I have made in a very long time. Excellent selection, price and a very pleasant experience. Have already been sharing this treasure with friends, family, and neighbours. Highly recommend The PC Room.
They get 1-star because it is not possible to give 0 or even .5. First the laptop I received was in extremely poor condition and several things didn't work - namely the camera and a bunch of settings that I was locked out of, when I called to ask if they could fix these things I was told no, that I caused them. I was also refused a refund or exchange. 10 months later and my hard drive just failed and it's costing me more money to have my files saved. I will never purchase anything from this place again, and I'll advise everyone to stay away. This was a waste of $700
I was referred by my brother previously bought a Lenovo X1 Carbon and PC room did not disappoint. They offer a wide variety of laptops, refurbished ones, new ones and went along with an X1 as well. Good prices, very professional and fast. The laptop is a gem for the price i paid. I was worried at one point with the battery which had nothing and i was well taken care of over the phone. Professional, courteous and they follow up.
Worst $500 spent of my life. Brought in my MacBook with liquid damage, they charged me $500, I got it back and the wifi didn't work. Battery needed replacing so I brought it in to another repair store and they told me they wouldn't repair it because PC Room left water damage in my computer. Edit: Apparently I should have brought this back to them by somehow knowing that they left water damage in the machine? I will gladly bring it back now that I know they actively left it with water damage inside
The PC Room really delivered. I was hesitant to buy a refurbished laptop as this was my 1st time going this route. A gentleman named Fouad helped me very efficiently when I called and explained what I was looking for. He helped me select the right laptops for my purpose. I needed to have the laptops shipped to Nova Scotia and after only six days they arrived in perfect condition; very well packaged and included all the specifications as promised. Overall excellent experience!
Great selection, great service. Bought a high-end laptop which was in pristine condition, it was ready to go with a fresh image and power supply. No hassle, great price. Very happy, and will definitely recommend.
Excellent source for refurbished laptops and computers. I bought at least 4 laptops for my company and a couple computers and monitors for the past 3 or so years and have always been satisfied with the service and the cost of these machines! Super inexpensive for very good products! I don't intend on buying a brand new computer as long as I can get it at The PC Room!
