Edward is the best sales and a very good customer service person. I deal with Everest Computer for many years. Recently my Lenovo, bought from him many years ago, ran into a little issue. Again, Edward fixed it for me within a day. Much appreciated for his service. Due to his recent family member sickness, he's been running between hospital and his store for the past few months. Not easy to keep up the store opening on time. Hope his difficulty will be gone soon.

Great Store! Great Customer Service! I came in looking for a custom computer for my wifes birthday. Neither of us had any previous knowledge for building a PC. The store owner took the time to help me select parts that would fit the requirements I asked for, as well as to explain what each part does. He is very knowledgeable and made each us feel comfortable with our purchase. He even gave a tutorial on how to install one part, so that we can get experience to potentially upgrade the PC in the future! Just amazing service, 10/10 would buy again!

Edward is such a great person! I went to EverBest one day due to the solid reviews online looking for a custom gaming PC. Edward was there to greet me! Unfortunately he was busy, but he gave me his email and we went about communications from there. He's incredibly thorough in his research and prices, and is very reliable. My new PC that I picked up yesterday is phenomenal and quiet, doing exactly what I need it to do to have an enjoyable gaming experience. He's been in business in Ottawa for decades and appreciates his customers, calling them his family. I'd recommend EverBest to ANYONE looking for a custom build with a friendly hand to guide you in the process. Edward is not a "computer guy" he is a master craftsman! He turned my lump of parts into a beautiful running machine. It would be hard to find his level of professionalism and customer service anywhere else in Ottawa

Stopped in on account of positive reviews and wasn't disappointed. Great process and support, plus the equivalent computer elsewhere would have been much more expensive. Very glad I found this place and got my computer here.

I had tried for months to get access to a better high-end GPU, but without any success. I went to see Edward, and he got it in 1 week ! He took the time to install it, clean the gaming PC he had built for me 2 years ago and do some maintenance on it. He saved me a lot of hassle and was very flexible with his schedule. He even came to see me at my workplace to work out some details instead of having me go back to his store. He listened well, asked all the pertinent questions, and treated me like a true human being and not just as a customer. We had very pleasant conversations throughout the upgrading process. I am very satisfied with my experience as a customer and look forward to seeing him again in a few years to build another high-end gaming PC.

After having used Everbest for the last few years, the company name is most aptly suited. The name applies equally to owner Edward. On every occasion I have met or talked to him, my experience has been nothing short of wonderful. Edward is highly principled and passionate about taking excellent care of his clients When I met him recently to discuss improvement in my PC’s performance , he graciously welcomed me and began to ask me about my computer use. In short order, he deftly assessed my true needs and engaged me in a brief primer on the reasoning for a low cost but vastly improved PC system that would suit my current and future needs. Throughout our conversation, Edward kept emphasizing the importance of ensuring all his clients are best served. He certainly made me feel like I was part of his family. Just built a new pc ..it’s a beast and could never have done it with out the help of Edward. This is my 4th pc build with Everbest..3 for me over 20 yrs and one for my Dad.. Not once have we had issue with the builds and all computers still run perfectly. Service is wonderful and I would highly recommend your next build from Everbest. This was one of the best customer experiences I've ever had. I needed a custom built PC, but didn't have the time or experience to do it on my own. Edward was able to identify what I needed and was looking for, built it, then brought me in for a demo before I was on my way with an awesome new desktop. It's obvious he takes great pride in his work, is quite knowledgeable, and is more than willing to answer all your questions.

So, this place gets the best reviews in the city. My experience was terrible. Tell me where I went wrong. Was it showing up on a Thursday at 5 when they close at 6:30? There was a sign that said "closed, be back at 10:30". AM the next day? Certainly couldn't mean PM? Then there is a sign that says "ring door bell or call this number..." Well, there is no doorbell and when I called the number, it rings a few times then an automated voice says "sorry the person who owns this voice mailbox has not set it up". I decided to wait by my car downstairs: had to make some unrelated texts. Then I get a text from an unknown number that says "who is this". I write back, my name is Jody, is this EB computers"? Nothing after that. I guess you have to know someone or make an appointment?
