Excellent service, communicative & fast!  My Macbook was struggling & I knew I needed a new battery. I was worried they might recommend lots of work to get it working properly but they replaced the batter for a competitive price, did a free diagnosis & said I was in good shape. I would definitely use them again!

The worst experience I never had in tech stores. They obviously have no idea about what they doing. Not recommend to go there unless you want to break your laptop or steal components from the store. Not creditable store with not creditable stuffs.

I had a wonderful experience with Snappy Techs. Charles was very helpful and friendly. Knowing that I was in a bit of a rush to get my computer screen replaced he  hurried shipping to get my screen in in time.  Definitely recommend going to Snappy Techs.

This is the best place in town to get your electronics fixed. Great price and fast service. The customer service is out of this world.
