Enjoyed a nice meal here with some friends - we shared all the appetizers on the menu except salad as well as the scallops entree. Service was excellent, room is very cozy and a nice amount of space between tables - really lovely renovations. The food is interesting yet approachable and you can tell the chef has really taken the time to created an elevated menu. My only ‘dislikes’ are personal preferences so I won’t get into them, however a couple dishes were a little busy and some of the fried items could have come a little crispier. Overall a great night, will definitely be back to try more dishes & drinks. A much needed addition to Victoria’s restaurant scene.
We stayed at the Grand Pacific so it was nice to just go downstairs and grab HH. Glad we check the restaurant out. We enjoyed the modern cozy atmosphere, warm welcome, and delicious drinks made by Chad. He is a character! We enjoy his company and drink a lot! His negroni version is phenomenal! We had a couple of bites and it was pretty delicious! Going to dinner here next time we are back in town!
We enjoyed our dinner at Fathom! The atmosphere, service, and food quality are absolutely 5 stars. Thank you Francina for having us at the beautiful and comfortable window seats and Donna for helping us select our food and drinks to pair with. Can't wait for the next time! :
When we first arrived I was a bit concerned... a hotel restaurant. But, oh my surprise! The food was both delicious and a feast for the eyes! Excellent chef and waitstaff. I've bookmarked this place for future trips!Food: 5/5

My partner and I were greeted by an incredibly hospitable Assistant Manager named Kate. She really made us feel welcomed and comfortable. It was such a special way to start our visit. Patrick was our server and he was very knowledgeable about the menu and very accommodating to our needs. The atmosphere was chic and we loved the newly renovated space. If you want drama, try the Beef Tartare. It was served in a terrarium bowl filled with smoke, really quite good. We shared the Burger which was divine! And the Milk Buns were out of this world! Highly recommend. Overall, wonderful experience. We WILL be coming back and with friends! One recommendation: More vegetarian/vegan options would be much appreciated! Vegetarian options: Would like to see more vegetarian/vegan options in the future :
This newly renovated restaurant is bright, spacious and exudes class. The menu is creative and exciting, offering delicious items cooked and presented with passion and precision. I never usually order a starter in restaurants but the appies here are too good not to try! The servers are knowledgeable, kind and charismatic - true sophisticated and professional service. Highly recommend Fathom for brunch, dinner, or happy hour cocktails in the lounge! Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair-accessible entrance. Dietary restrictions: The servers are very attentive in checking for food allergies or sensitivities.

4.5 stars really. Staff was attentive and friendly. Food was delicious, well excuted, with a twist. Newly renovated portion of restaurant is beautiful a portion till under renovation as of Sep. Yes, there may be better out there but I would also be very happy to come back and likely will!
