The parts department has great people and service. The service department also has great staff and the mechanics don't mind pointing out things to you when you ask. That's said, trying to find out what was included in a 50 or 100 hour check was next to impossible as they basically only read it all out. I thought I was getting the belt changed at the one hundred hour check but apparently only the labour was included in it, not the price of the belt as the belt was just being taken off to be inspected.   The second thing I thought I was getting when I switched to the one hundred hour check was the front and rear gear oil changed, again turns out they only topped them up and they were not changed. At this point I still have no idea what is different between the 50 and the 100 hour check.  Having the detailed list of what is going to be done on the service sheet I had to sign would have greatly improved the experience. They were also running behind and it took a second day to get this done after booking the appointment a week before.
