Was going to have dinner here with my family but when I went in first to use the bathroom (because i am pregnant and cant wait a lot of the time) while my husband parked the car they rudely told me I had to use the bathroom across the street.

I read all the reviews on this place and I'm sorry to say you all must have very low standards this is the 4 th time we have had a bad experience here. the last time we brought our food back in because it was so oily and the egg rolls were empty which I tried to show her and she acted as if I were a difficult customer I shrugged it off and took my refund tried again and the wontons in the war wanton were not even half the size of other places anyhow take what you will from this it's not worth the money

We live nearby and the Orient is a favorite. Every time I've picked up our order, the  owner is always pleasant to talk with and the food is always yummy and goes well with our couch potato movie night :)
Nice location too - right at the Mill Bay Ferry and across from the Brentwood Bay Resort.
