Pizza Hut

Delivery guy is super nice. I had order that came late but it was because driver was out and the manager ended up delivering instead. Pizza came at 1130pm , half an hr after closing, props to him! Update: Service was better than expected. But their pizza is a lot of dough. I like mariners pizza the best so far.

I've given pizza hut far to many chances, I give up! It's always salty, over priced, it always arrives like it was thrown in the box last minute and the management is unwilling to compensate or admit to any issues from customers I am done with pizza hut forever now. If you are close to Sidney I recommend Mariners Pizza had it on Friday and it's really opened my eyes to how pizza should be. Do not buy from here!

Terrible service, never has a delivery driver, wouldn't recommend location to anyone ever.

After waiting 45 minutes longer for a half hour delivery time, and when we called to ask where the order was, they answered as if it was a home phone saying "hello?" and nothing else. Had to ask "is this Pizza Hut?" What kind of restaurant doesn't answer with their name?! Yikes. I like their food, too bad their customer service stinks.

worst customer service i've ever experienced. clearly NOT familiar or understanding of this community and what it means to run a business here. go across the street and support a local business owner.
