The Old Spaghetti Factory

I use to love the Spaghetti Factory food way back when… Tonight, after many years, we returned for a family dinner. The service was great! And the atmosphere was nice, with all the lovely Tiffany lampshades. The menu has enough choices for everyone and extras are included with all the entrees - salad or soup, sourdough bread with delicious whipped garlic butter, tea or coffee and ice-cream. The fettuccine I ordered was decent, but not as wonderful as I remembered and, sadly, there’s no longer chunks of candied fruit in the spumoni ice-cream because of people’s allergies. All-in-all, I’m glad to be back.

Haven’t been here in years!!! Food is still as I remembered it and the prices really haven’t changed even though inflation is so high. Sourdough bread and garlic spread is exactly how I remembered it and both the manicotti and lasagna were delicious. Lunch portions are fantastic and we were both beyond stuffed. Service was also super friendly and attentive. Will come back again !

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Richmond, and overall, I had a great experience. The service was top-notch from start to finish, and I felt warmly welcomed the moment I stepped inside the restaurant. For my main course, I ordered the lasagne, and I must say that it was one of the best I've ever had. The layers of pasta were perfectly cooked, and the sauce was rich and flavorful. The cheese on top was melted to perfection, giving it a nice crispy texture that added a pleasant crunch to every bite. Next up were the wings, which I found to be just okay. While they were cooked well, I found the sauce to be lacking in flavor and a little too sweet for my taste. That being said, they were still enjoyable, and I appreciated the effort that went into preparing them. The veggie meatball was a pleasant surprise. I am not a vegetarian, but I found this dish to be a great alternative to traditional meatballs. The texture was just right, and the flavor was rich and savory. Finally, for dessert, I had the pleasure of enjoying some delicious pistachio ice cream. The ice cream was creamy, and the pistachio flavor was rich and nutty without being overpowering. It was the perfect way to end the meal. Overall, I had a great experience at the Old Spaghetti Factory in Richmond. While the wings were not my favorite, the lasagne and veggie meatball more than made up for it. And of course, the exceptional service and tasty dessert made the experience all the more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great Italian meal in a warm and welcoming environment.

The homemade bread and butter are really yummy You have choice of salad or soup for starter The main dish spaghetti was good but I personally prefer their pasta Their ice cream is not too sweet and you mostly feel the flavor Their tea was great and special way to serve it

Seriously not recommended. Spaghettini boiled too long and too soft. Rib too dry and salty. Meatballs taste weird. Clam chowder served nearly cold. Servants are passionate but door attendant is barely wake up.

Haven't been here in awhile and still as good as the last I remembered. Their meals comes complete with a fresh sourdough bread with garlic butter, soup or salad, and either coffee or tea. I upgraded to a clam chowder instead of ministrone. Was really good along with their coffee. For my meal I had penne with chicken with a creamy sauce. And ended with spumoni ice cream. Food was great along with the service. Will definitely come back again.

Very good food. Got the manager's favourite with spicy meat sauce and browned butter and mizithra cheese. Our server was fantastic.

Ambiance and food is awesome. They will give complimentary bread as soon as we dine in! Food arrived super quick. Friendly staff.

The food was tasty, the service was friendly and the restaurant was clean as expected. Our family had a great evening out!

Look, you ain't taking your wife here for your anniversary dinner. But it was an amazing venue for a company event. There were 30+ of us and we had a great time. Food was reasonably priced, fantastic service, and they are right next to the bowling alley. 10/10 experience. Well done. If you have a company function, strongly recommend that you guys bowl then head here for their dinner.
