We used to get really good pizza from this chain when we lived in Toronto a number of years ago. Interestingly this chain has now decided to make a go of it here in the lower mainland. Sadly, after my visit to this location in Richmond, I'll never return. I ordered a large single topping pizza which had ground beef on it. This is a favorite pizza I like to order. My first pizza slice was difficult to separate from the other slices, due to it not being caught properly. This resulted in the cheese on topping coming off that particular slice. Taste: As it was after 10:00 p.m, I struggled through four slices of this pizza, I then gave up and left the restaurant. I decided to drive over to the adjacent and A&W restaurant to get a drink of root beer, this helped settle my stomach after I this terrible display of pizza. In some of the pieces of ground beef there was some hard chewy pieces, which should have alerted me and I stopped eating after the first Slice. The service was good, in addition the washroom was well taken care of. In the future I'll stick to picing my pizza up at Captains Oven Pizza downtown Vancouver or here in Surrey by the hospital. This is by far the best pizza in the lower mainland!
After all .. I was expecting .. Korea. I miss pizza The other 4.7 pizza places other than this one didn't taste as good. Only the dough here is delicious. Not really much toppings. Doesn't taste like pineapple. overall weave I've eaten a total of four pizzas here.. The delicious pizza is the pizza you eat in Korea..
I came here for the first time And ordered medium pizza by online cost me $7.86 after tax! Great deals freshly baked and crispy dough so delicious! Staff is friendly and very polite and amazing customer service here. I definitely come back here. Highly recommend!
Delicious food, the quality is always on point. We come here every week without fail and the great service makes us want to come more. The pizzas are good looking with generous toppings that satiates our taste buds. Tried the latest dessert pizza and tbh, it was the best desert I have ever had with the right blend of coffee and chocolate .
Worst experience. I ordered wings from skip. They sent me wings that are cooked long back. Its like burnt food. If someone orders food in late night. It means they are starving and want to have good food. Dont do this. Please check the picture for your reference.
Customer service was very nice. They suggest me some veggie pizza option and I choose Mediterranean Veggie pizza, which very delicious. Crust, texture and portioning was amazing. Store was very hygienic. Good pizza options in Richmond area.
Pizza was pretty good, but I wouldn't say it is better than any of the other pizza chains. They definitely use less topping than they did the last time I ordered from them though.
This is our favourite pizza in Richmond. We drive here from the South end just to get it. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value and great pizza. Nice new store very clean and convenient to get to. You have to try it! Update. Sorry to say this, but after a lot of thought I decided to update this review. We were regular customers and got to know the owners well. But the quality of the food dropped off. We tried it a couple more times after, but ultimately the family decided they wanted to look elsewhere. So disappointed as this was the best around for a while. I really hope they get back to what they were producing for a product in the beginning. They are such nice people. I hope this helps them, rather than just wondering what happened to us.
Delicious and quick pick-me-up pizza slices or whole box, they also got dipping sauce - get sirracha creamy garlic yumm! Nice and welcoming staff, they warmed up and cut in half the slices so i could split it up with my bf.
I don't know how they got such a high rating but the pizza I got was not worth it at all. The staff are very friendly though so it pains me to give them such a low star. The box I got was broken. It was supposed to be tamper proof but it seems like it was tampered with. The pizza I bought was a keto pizza and cost me about $25, it was also a small. The amount of meat I got was so abysmal it was painful to look at.
