The Oar & Paddle Restaurant

Delicious!!! Nice spot my boyfriend found on a long weekend we were spending in Muskoka with friends and we were all very pleased! The Oar Burger is probably a staple, very nice! Loved it! My boyfriend had the fish and chips and my other friend had the steak. We were all super happy with our choices and is a place I’d recommend and would also return hopefully during the summer to experience a different vibe!

We had an amazing experience at The Oar Restaurant on Muskoka Road. The atmosphere was warm, cozy, and very inviting, perfect for both locals and visitors. The hospitality was excellent; the waitresses were kind, friendly, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked in.nnThe menu offered a decent variety of food and drinks, especially impressive for a local restaurant. The taste and portion sizes were perfectly balanced and delicious, fresh, and satisfying.nnAnother great point is the plenty of free parking spots, which makes visiting here even more convenient. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for a relaxing meal with great service and excellent food. Highly recommended.

What a delightful dining experience! Even for a vegetarian, I found the food absolutely satisfying. The garbage rolls were incredibly tasty, and the salad was a pleasant surprise - with seeds and unique ingredients that added an extra flair. The burger was delicious, but the fries truly stole the show - perfectly crispy and flavorful. I highly recommend trying out The Oar Restaurant for a delicious meal!

Definitely 10 stars. Great live music, great food. The atmosphere was amazing and the staff were very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun night out. I will definitely be coming back again soon!

It was our first time dining at this restaurant, and we were truly impressed! The chef’s cooking was outstanding—every dish was not only delicious but also beautifully presented. The dining environment was elegant, with artworks by local artists hanging on the walls. The dining hall and patio are decorated with paddles, adding a unique touch. We were very satisfied with the experience and would love to come back to try more dishes.
