Terrible service from the staff and a very long wait time. When I received the food, I went home to realize they had forgotten a portion of my order! I am very upset from this experience. I usually love KFC, but not from this location! Believe it or not, food not meeting my standard for KFC is my biggest problem with this place!

The reason you go to KFC is because you like the coating on the chicken....well there was close to none and we got a bucket of mostly wings...l feel ripped off ...

Terrible services from the cashier who never shows a smile face to the customers. Unpatient for questions. Only one locked washroom shared by everyone, you have to ask for a key in order to get in. The chicken doesn't taste like other KFC restaurants, the chicken breast is tasteless, cannot finsih one piece.

KFC is know for its consistent flavor and great tasting chicken....... At this location the flavor was wrong, it was as though they made their own coating or changed it somehow. It did not taste like KFC 🤐
