I took my 21 month old in to see Nadia after discovering that my baby couldnt sleep through the night due to allergies and congestion. She offered so many solutions, taught me how to use the techniques and best of all, empowered me with the tools to care for the baby in a holistic way vs the aggressive medications recommended by the pediatrician that i am not comfortable with. Shes so educated, unbiased and really takes a deep dive into the whole picture. Shes so patient, kind and insightful. My baby LOVES her. She did acupuncture for her and the baby jist found it to be fun. As soon as we got to the car the baby sneezed snd her sinuses cleared. I have never seen that relief for this poor kid. Then the baby slept like a rock. Im so grateful for Nadia and really glad we were referred to her by our chiro.

I had a terrible experience at this Clinic. After going over the fact that if my specific insurance is covered and if they have had people claiming this specific insurance before, and if their registration is in good standing in Alberta, and further emphasizing that this is extremely important to me, which they assured me that all are true, I found to my disappointment that this Naturopath Clinic isn't registered in Alberta under the governing body, when claiming for the amount I had paid in this office. They denied the whole discussion and said they never provided me with those responses and made up another story. They are completely irresponsible to what they say or don't say, and ruthless about just grabbing the money and not caring about the client. Do not recommend and avoid at all costs.

I have been very impressed by the practitioners at this clinic. Dr. Anne Mageau Naturopathic Doctor always takes her time doing her assessments, and is very thorough. I find her very warm and friendly and she has always answered any questions I have. I have been to other NPs in the city and though they may ‘know their stuff’, I don’t feel well listened to, or supported. Dr. Mageau is very knowledgeable and aims to get to the root cause of your health issues, rather than masking symptoms. I also have been to Nadia Houle for acupuncture and pregnancy & labour support. She is very intuitive and is very good at sensing what is happening with your body. I have been to other acupuncturists, and they have always felt prescribed in their treatments, which haven’t been as successful. She is also very warm and inviting, and makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend her as both an acupuncturist and as a doula.

They have a massive dog @ the clinic and this dog has bitten a client with massive bruises and cuts who came for treatment.Unfortunately not only they charged this client also had no courage & humanity to compensate. This person had to suffer for a month but they didn’t even cared to ask for the well-being traumatised by this incident.
