As a new author, I rely on people with knowledge of the industry to help me to navigate in a world foreign to me. Michael has gone out of his way to do just that, first by hosting a book-signing event and then by stocking my book. He has been incredibly helpful in the process. Most importantly, he offers, both to residents of the town and to its visitors, an eclectic selection of used books in a friendly and welcoming space.

I was surprised to find a book store of this size in such a small town! The walls were packed with books but the collection is one of the most organized I've seen. This is a true 'independent' place and the couple were right in the shop, which added to the charm.

This store is located in an old heritage building and is very attractive. They have a great history collection. I bought a copy of 1776 for $6 and a history of the canoe for $12. Will definitely go back when I am in the area.

I have been there a few times and always left with books that I could not have found anywhere else! A great jewel of a used books store!
