We hosted our rehearsal dinner here as a private function in September 2017, and it was amazing! The space was well laid out for 30 people, and created a cozy and personal environment for our guests to mingle. There were cocktails and appetizers as the guests arrived, and the main course was ordered off a select menu. Val and Anthony were also great to work with when organizing. They offered suggestions that worked well with most people, including excellent wine pairings, and were very accommodating to allergies and preferences. The food was superb, and we're looking forward to a return visit! If you haven't visited the Market Bistro yet, do! It's an excellent choice away from the busy downtown Canmore area.

Friendly people, delicious food. Turnip soup that tastes like the best turnip. Fresh ingredients used for everything we ate, cooked respectfully so they tasted real. A little noisy and clattery, to be expected in a small place near closing time. We are going to become regulars.

We say a big thank-you for the best food and servise we could imagine in town! My husband and I went on a date night free of our children to the Thee SIsters Bistro, we will bring them next visit, last weekend and we can not sing enough praise! Each course was over the top delousious and memorable! We can not wait to return! One of Canmore and Banff’s best kept secrets! Please go try them out! Wowza amazing! Thank-you for your passion and commitment to loving food... honouring clients and making a dinner out something beautifully impressionable! Can’t wait to return! 100% recommend them!!

Wow! Where to start?! My husband and I shared the French onion soup to start and we couldn't be happier with the fresh ingredients. The fresh herbs were great and all ingredients added complimented each other nicely. My husband had the pork sandwhich and the french baguette it came on was very authentic as we haven't had that good of a tasting baguette since Paris. I had the pork tacos and before I review them the side salad it came with was absolutely perfect. The light dressing and seasoning on the salad was a perfect blend. I'm usually not such a salad fan but the ingredients were well blended and every bite had me wanting more. The pork tacos was the best I've ever had. This was not a heavy meal. The guac, fresh vegetables and sauces on the taco made it taste light and refreshing with the pork. Perfect combination. Needless to say we are very much looking forward to coming back as we spend a lot of time looking for quality food and this place delivers. The food is definitely worth the price if you enjoy eating and enjoying fresh Ingredients.
