Came here after paintball and it was exactly what we needed. The chai latte was scrumptious. Some may say bussin. Others may say impeccable. But me? I would say the best I’ve ever had. The poutine? Also incredible. I will say a tad too much gravy but hey, we all make mistakes. My only downfall was the bacon chicken wrap. Quite small and not worth it. But anyway, would recommend and will be back.

This place is a disgrace to the A&W brand and history.nWhat a disgusting restaurant.nNothing about it is clean and definitely does not represent a good standard. It’s like being back in India where no one cares.nCorporate should take control of this location, remove the owner and either bring it back to a proud A&W or shut it down. Absolutely no pride of ownership…nDISGUSTING…..nDirty floors;nDirty tables;nDirty walls;nOverflow of garbage;nStaff arguing that it’s too hard to handle asking the cashier to slow down;nBathrooms are a disgrace;nDead plants;nMuddy floors;nMy order should have been free….nThis place is a health infraction.
I was very disappointed with my recent experience. The food was not fresh or served hot—it was more like room temperature, which really affected the overall quality. When I politely brought this to the staff’s attention, they were extremely rude and unprofessional in their response. I expected better service and basic courtesy, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
So far, I have gone there twice, and ordered a chubby chicken burger. Compared to the same types of burgers I get in Americ fast food, it is night and day better. On top of that, not only is the food good, but the root beer that A and W makes is as good as they say. Recommend highly
