This place is a disgrace to the A&W brand and history.nWhat a disgusting restaurant.nNothing about it is clean and definitely does not represent a good standard. It’s like being back in India where no one cares.nCorporate should take control of this location, remove the owner and either bring it back to a proud A&W or shut it down. Absolutely no pride of ownership…nDISGUSTING…..nDirty floors;nDirty tables;nDirty walls;nOverflow of garbage;nStaff arguing that it’s too hard to handle asking the cashier to slow down;nBathrooms are a disgrace;nDead plants;nMuddy floors;nMy order should have been free….nThis place is a health infraction.
I purchased 2 burgers and presented a coupon 2 burgers for $11.99. There was no GST on food due to ongoing GST holiday. The restaurant charged me $13.19. There had no explanation at all on why charged me additional $1.19 when the coupon was for $11.99. I contacted the manager. The manager told me that there is nothing they can do.
I am extremely disappointed with the employees. My boyfriend ACCIDENTALLY knocked over my fries on the floor, RIGHT IN FRONT of the cashier. She rolled her eyes and got the broom. My boyfriend then asked if we could get a replacement to which she rudely said no, we had to pay for it AGAIN. As if this was coming out of her pay-check. Lol. Also I would recheck the sanitary conditions of this place. Her hair was in a messy bun being waved around the food. I also did not see ANYONE wearing gloves or a hair net. Retrain your staff on customer service, especially these two Indian ladies at the cash. I visited on February 18 at around 5:40.
Picture perfect chicken snack wrap! THIS is why A&W is superior to all the other places. Look at it! Just LOOK AT IT!nnTook a few min prep like it usually does for chicken orders at A&W but worth it! Always fresh. Always picture perfect. Put together nicely. Great tasting. Friendly service for the most part. Most consistent in taste! Made my road trip snack that much more enjoyable.
Rude and irrespecutful employees. I ordered coffee and 2 Indian employees were laughing about the order hiding behind the fountain machine passing comments about the order thinking that I don’t understand their language. Grow up!nPlease teach your employees to show some respect to customers and some good manners at workplace.
