Great shop, super friendly and outgoing staff with abundance of sewing supplies. Great places to have your private lessons.

Unfortunately, I’ve not been able to get in touch with staff at the make den for a refund after a year of trying. No emails or voicemails returned, and even with great empathy and patience for local businesses currently, I am very frustrated at this experience.

This place has such a lovely warm vibe. You will leave feeling accomplished in the little time you spend here every week. I signed up for the sewing fundamentals class through and thanks to my experience I intend to take the next level classes too. Very friendly and respectful crowd as well.

I've been really frustrated by the lack of communication from this company, who has taken my money almost a year ago and seems to refuse any refunds for classes cancelled. Super disappointing + unprofessional.

My wife and I took the Level 1 Leather Fundamentals class, which was instructed by Irene. We both had an amazing time and have a new found appreciation of leather products. I highly recommend this class to anyone looking for a fun activity to do in the city!

Today was my 1st class and I am super beginner. I totally recommend this class.Anika was wonderful and replied to all the questions I had. she is very patient and knows her stuff pretty well.

I took the leather fundamentals class and cannot get over how great it was. Darcie, the instructor, was super patient, knowledgeable and a treat to be around. The classes were fun and informative and I really like what I was able to create. When I have the funds I will be returning for another workshop.
