The Lofts

If I could give this place 0 I would. Thank GOD I moved out of there! Bugs everywhere, so much drugs, and partying and the owner does nothing, The walls are paper thin. No security guard patrolling, and there's vandalism all the time! People come and go that don't even live there because residents give their key or something. The owner needs to invest a little more in the safety of the people who live there. Half the time the intercoms and electronic keys don't even work! Total lack in security. It's a money pit. Constanly hounding for rent when it was already paid! Even calling my parents! I'm sure some of the google reviews were bought and faked because they call it "student lodge". Parents keep your kids out of there. It may look great on the outside but that's about it. The only half decent thing about the place was the staff, maintenance and housekeeping were awesome. That 1 star is for them.

Moved my Son and Daughter into The Lofts in September, the buildings were spotless and the staff helped us move in. I was so happy to see my kids in a safe and clean building. Would like to thank the entire Lofts staff for taking the time and helping us out, really well done guys!

Being new to the town, I was really a stranger lost in Brock University. But once I made it into Student Lodge, I could feel a sense of home, as if everyone there was part of a huge family. Soon my friendships and bond grew, and it was evident that my best friends would be from the lodge and not the campus. We had some great times in the evenings. We’d go to the games room and challenge each other to billiards or a game on PS4. And this was not all; we also had a mini cinema. All in all, some of the finest memories of my life have been created here at Student Lodge.

I have had a brilliant living experience at student lodge, something I’ll never forget. The area within the lodge is really well managed and it is amazing how the neatness is not compromised at any time. The students are all friendly and tend to make you feel comfortable at first sight. I have already made a few friends. Besides the neatness and the friends, the lounge has numerous opportunities for indoor gaming and recreation. Love the pool and PS4. The lodge is just a short walk away from the university, so I can commute easily. Life’s great at student lodge!

I stayed here for 3 years when I went to Brock. Cost is more of a premium price comparable to other places around but fairly reasonable given the benefits they provide. The maintenance staff was top notch in handling any issue regarding lighting, windows, washer/dryer etc.
