Fresh juices, smoothies and healthy homemade food options with a rotating soup option. Very well priced compared to other juice places around Vancouver! Great location at the bottom of Seymour. The smoothies are delicious! Large parking lot out front. Open at 7am!

Delicious and fresh. The service is excellent. My daughter dropped her freshly made drink and the staff made things right for her. Will come back, over and over. Now more than ever, support your local business!
Nice little juice bar tucked away in the corner of the shops. Huge variety of juices, pressed or blended. They also do coffees including Bulletproof. We didn’t get any food, but the also do that too.
Make Lift your post ride ritual! The owners are super nice and the smoothies are delicious and trail-themed. The C-Buster is SO GOOD.!
This place literally saved my life, I was about to collapse after completing the triple crown and the large blueberry smoothie rejuvenated me.
Amazing! Did a juice cleanse with them - they were super understanding / accommodating with my ever-changing schedule and needing to post-pone some of the days. Super informative and the juices tasted great!
Tasty juices but also really good coffee.
