A cute and quaint cafe strategically located away from deep cove crowds with disappointing staff service and food presentation. We ordered chocolate banana crepe, cafe latte and samosa and found a sitting space next to the window. The staff lacked “service with a smile” and basic food presentation skills as the coffee had spilled all over the cup, handle and saucer and no efforts were made to clean it or redo it. The banana chocolate crepe had chocolate sauce poured over it in a way that made us lose appetite. Anyway, hope enough training will be given to staff towards service and food presentation. Vegetarian options: Try to have more veg options if possible.
Sorry coffee Co. is a nice coffee shop of speciality, with good quality of coffee and delicious food that will don’t disappoint you. The workers are very kind and the place is relax. They have a beautiful terrace where you can eat.Food: 5/5
This place is heaven on earth for people like myself who are on a gluten free diet. All their crepes are gluten free! Their coffee is sourced from a great local roaster! There are so many menu items I would like to try I'm sorry I would have to spend too much money eating here way too often. If you haven't tried SORRY COFFEE, I'm sorry you are truly missing out.
Pretty good place. But it would’ve been better if the staff let me know in advance if order ice coffee, there’s extra charge.
Nice little local coffee shop in Deep Cove which is only 5 min walk to the ocean. They offer healthy options including gluten-free pastries. It has great atmosphere as well. The customer service is something they can improve though.
Absolutely great espresso coffee! Also I tried their hot chocolate what was the best choice for this weather Moreover, Lovely coffee beans. Would like to buy some for home!
Skip the lineup at Honey’s. This is by far my favourite coffee shop in Deep Cove! They make delicious cakes and pastries, and the staff is wonderful and speaks Spanish! Also, they have a perfect backyard patio I ride my bike here from downtown Vancouver every weekend, and adore sitting on the sidewalk bench, people-watching. I especially appreciate that they have a copy of the New York Times on weekends Pro-tip: get the delicious samosa if you want a savoury treat!
Amazing! It’s so nice to have a wide variety of vegan and vegetarian options in deep cove. Everything was tasty and made fresh. Staff is super friendly and accommodating to dietary needs. Also has a wide selection of GF/gluten free options.
This place is dedicated to being as good to the planet as possible and feeding people at the same time. I loved it immediately. Bright with art all over the walls… I was charmed. I loved the rustic furniture, all the white paint and the white washed wooden plank ceiling. I ordered the forage crepe and helped myself to a mason jar of water. Turns out they were out of mushrooms so I had to choose another crepe. I picked the one with smoked salmon but it came with too many greens. Sadly, I did not like it very much which was a shame. Just too dry. My husband got a berry smoothie and loved it. Generous in size and flavour. If you go Deep Cove to visit this place make sure to go off season if you want a parking spot. It can get crazy-busy in the summer which is why we went in February and during a week day.
Worth the stop. We came to Deep Cove after snowshoeing on Seymour. Even though we had a sandwich on the mountain we were ready for more. The hearty vegetable soup was perfect. We had it with the bread which was delicious multigrain and warmed up. I finished with the peanut butter brownie. Everything was excellent. Now it is time to explore the store and their organic produce and more local items. Come for a visit.
