Really great smoothies and staff are friendly and welcoming. Came here 4 times during my 5 days stay in Vancouver after my runs. Im gonna miss this place!
I adore the concept of this place being vegan and environmentally friendly. Staff was absolutely fantastic. The food is delicious and tasty which is important when going all vegan as things get bland rather quickly. Highly recommended the Wela Progressive Bar at Lonsdale Quay Market.
I love their healthy food choices and nutritional information available. I go here for lunch whenever I am in the area. I recommend Nick's wrap and the roasted cauliflower curry bowl. I did try their salad smoothie and it wasn't too enjoyable because they didn't blend it well enough for it to fit through the straw. I ended up throwing almost half away. I gave them my feedback and they were very accepting and open about it. I like their attitude and how they handle their food! Check this place out!
Very disgusting experience Their orange juicer inside has many live flies. So ended up my fresh orange juice had few dead flies on top of my drink. Even though they offered me a new one as well as filter the drink. I don’t feel good at all

Had the Deep Cove smoothie. Tasted pretty good but it was really not blended well enough. Lots of little chunks of things while I was drinking it and when I got to the bottom there were a bunch of dates that hadn't gotten blended at all. They could do a lot better.
Fresh, quick, friendly staff, good size portions, delicious. I’m so happy that more and more places like this pop up! I used to rely on a quick Big Mac when I needed quick food but a place like Wela and others have transformed how I eat! It’s huge! I am what I eat! It’s such a good feeling when you can enjoy your food without feeling guilty that you’re eating some questionable “food”. I feel that what I ate here was full of nutritious and healthy food. Thank you WELA! I will be back!
Really yummy, fresh vegetarian options. Really good service as well. Plastic free environment which is always good to see. Conveniently located near the entrance of the quay by the seabus. So it is perfect for a quick bite if youre in a hurry. They also have a wide selection of “healthy” drinks. I had the falamus wrap which had hummus/falafel and veggies inside. Overall a great place for quick food.
Very healthy poke bowl at WELA. Perfect balance of protein, fats and carbs. Highly recommend Phuket Paradise - cleanse and boosts your immune!
