I received a traffic ticket while working out of town. I contacted Mr. Riotto's office to represent me so I wouldn't have to take time off to travel back to court. The process was very easy. Everyone I worked with at his office was professional and promptly returned my calls and emails. Although he couldn't promise positive results, that's exactly what I got! His fees are also very competitive. I highly recommend this law office!

While driving up to meet friends for thanksgiving from Toronto to NY, received a speeding ticket on NY state highway, made calls to few law offices and explained my situation to represent but none gave me the confidence (will see what we do kind of attitude); James was last on the list and he listened to my situation and inquired about the nitty gritty details, explained the process and assured me he and his team will take this case and put their best efforts to represent and bring to a closure with as much as possible in my favour. Not being dramatic but he felt sincere and very confident.. yes the outcome was positive and the team has been amazing - keeping me posted at all times and available for any of my questions.. felt in safe hands..!

I retained Mr. Riotto back in March 2017, and it was the best decisions I could have possibly made. The previous positives reviews were very accurate. He is very professional, informative and honest. He always returned my call and email in a timely fashion. Great attorney, great person. Retain him!

I am writing this review as my experience with both the staff, as well as the result was very positive. Getting started was very simple. I sent them the information they needed via email and they followed up with me by email for anything else that they needed to represent me in court. Because I had a day job, I found it very helpful to not have to go to the scheduled hearings, and it was nice to have someone else with more experience handle the matter for me. Each time the hearing was rescheduled, I was informed, and when the hearing eventually took place, I was informed of the results very quickly. I had been given a speeding ticket by a state trooper, of unfortunately 20 miles over the speed limit, and I was very worried about both a fine and/or points on my license, which is why I had James represent me in the first place. I had read so many positive reviews of matters he had handled, with better outcomes than expected, so I took a chance and decided to take this route. I am very happy to say that he was able to get the ticket dismissed!! I found out right around Thanksgiving this year and couldn't be happier. It was a huge blessing to me. Thank you very much for the hard work and the awesome results!
