They were super helpful and very accommodating to my concerns and issues.
Very terrible service! No one knows what they’re doing! They told me something different every time I called! Waited to tell me at the last minute that they are unable to reprint me! Karla wasn’t able to tell me why other then conflict of interest! When I proceeded to ask more questions, she kept getting more rude and just kept hanging up the phone! Then stated she was going” to report me”
Not worth it. They are lazy and basically you got to be bare minimum poor.
Horrible service! I know organizations are short staffed, but they have no excuse for their horrible turn around time. Called and left several messages, played phone tag with someone for over a month and finally was able to talk to someone who told me “they probably aren’t calling you back because you didn’t complete an application online”. I literally called this company to understand their process. Real professional! Filled out online application, got response that it would be reviewed within 72 hours. 10 days later I finally got a call back two months after my first call to this company to ask me the same questions I completed on their online application. Took my information and told me someone would review my information and email me next steps. Within one minute, I got an email saying I was decline because I make too much money. Which they obviously knew while on the phone and just couldn’t tell me then. Emailed back stating I just got an increase in pay and when I first called two months ago my pay was significantly less - still no response back. Don’t waste your time with this joke of a company. So unprofessional and absurd turn around time for anything. Wish there was a zero star.
Terrible customer service - don't bother calling they will do nothing to help you.
Weren't very helpful and didn't answer questions that were asked. Also sent a sideways photo attachment from a phone in an email.
No calls or response to my need for assistance way over a month already,but they suppose work for the people,smh..not good business
This place is horrible even 8 years ago I ask for help I am marked by law perm. disabled they couldn't even help with emotional support dog which by law they could've now today January 31st. 2:04 p.m they can't help with domestic abuse help. You are better off representing yourself it's free as well but you will win. You just have to go to law library if there is one in Rochester it will take time to look up info. You will be proud of yourself that you have more intelligence than free help.?
They weren't unable to help me with my workman's comp claim and wanted a fee to refer me to someone who MIGHT be able to.
