Vision Statement: To consistently provide our customers with impeccable service by demonstrating graciousness, efficiency, knowledge, professionalism and integrity. To have every customer who comes through our doors leave impressed by The Landmark and excited to come back again. To create and maintain an establishment that is exceptional in its attention to detail. To provide all who work with us a friendly, cooperative and rewarding environment which encourages long-term, satisfying employment. To keep our concept fresh, exciting. To be a giving member of the local community and to use our business to enhance recreational opportunities in Lamoille county.
The first business goal and objective is making it known that the establishment will operate consistent hours, provide meals that are not only hearty but enjoyable to the clientele and keep a comfortable family environment within.
A secondary goal would be to give back locally, offering the field space to the softball teams in the area, offering space for local farmers markets, car shows, and other events that help support the local economy and businesses.
Owner objectives are to hire professional staff to ensure patron satisfaction and to provide a clean, comfortable environment along with a friendly atmosphere.
