A humble brewery making honest beer.

Story

After years honing our skills in the brewing and process industry, we set forth to create a brewery with a simple mission; to produce honest beer. The result is a 7,000bbl brewery located in Northern Vermont that is capable of brewing any style of ales and lagers. The brewery takes inspiration from lesser known European beer styles, along with local Vermont life to guide our brews. The attention to detail, modern equipment, and love for beer help produce truly authentic, unique beers. Cheers!

Ate dinner tonight for the first time after biking the rail trail. My husband and I shared the Brie platter for an appetizer and we each got the burger for dinner. The food fresh and delicious! Very pleased with everything! Great burger and you get your choice of a side. I had the mixed green salad and my husband had the potato salad. Both were delicious. We will be back, worth the trip!

This was some of the worst service I’ve ever received. My server made me feel uncomfortable the entire time I was there. I would not recommend to any of my friends, instead I would warn them.

Tried a new "smoky" Helles in the Biergarten here yesterday. Surprisingly delicious and a perfect compliment to a brisket sandwich. The side salad was about as fresh as you can get anywhere. Delicious! Server was super friendly and helpful. We watched a couple of "father/daughter" dates going on. Fun to see families coming off the bike trail and enjoying the great BBQ.
