Dunkin' Donuts

Just left here and had one of the worst customer experiences of my life. It took me over 15 minutes to get a plain bagel with cream cheese, which is awful in itself, but also, while I was waiting the lady at the sandwich station rudely asked "What are you waiting for?" So I told her I needed my bagel, and she handed me a bag with a bagel in it with the cream cheese on the side. I waited for 15 minutes to have to assemble my own bagel, which at that point I could have just went home and made myself in a more timely manner. NOT impressed at all.

After a long drive, I saw DD and decided I needed caffeine. I got a frozen coffee. It was perfect. Customer service was excellent. Restroom was very clean. They even had an instruction posted for employees about the proper way to wash their hands.

Great customer service. If you don't like the styrofoam cups for the regular drip coffee (I hate them) don't be afraid to ask for one of their paper cups that they use for their Lattés.

Short staffed. Went through drive thru and was told it would be faster if we came inside. There was one vehicle in parking lot besides ours. Staff was friendly and did get our order right.

Morrisville DD is the worst. Terrible customer service. They just stick the bag out of the window and say nothing to you. Meanwhile, the customer before me was treated to a full conversation about where they were last night. The food is burnt to a crisp and barely edible. And, of course, you don't discover this until you get miles down the road and you can't do anything about it but eat a bad meal. I have no idea how this location survives
