THE KRAKEN

We had a fun time. Mostly a light lunch and snacks. Food was excellent and served quickly. Lobster roll was full and meaty and fried ravioli was delish. Good selection of reasonably priced beers. We were party of nine and enjoyed the deck.

If you get take out, check your order. Coney dog was a red naked dog on a roll. No sauce. Don't order that. Lobster roll was fine, but for the price I would go for something else, it was a little skimpy on the meat. Crab dip was somewhat tasteless, I admit to having better from the grocery store. All in all, I would go elsewhere. Seems like locals like it, maybe tourists get the shaft.

Hubby and I go to Greenville every year and this place was not open we came when they were open this year and the food was delish! We had THE KRAKEN platter was all fresh seafood. I live in Maine and this was the best food I've had!

Absolutely horrible!! Waited about a half hour for our food. Then when asked if our order was put in they said we had to wait because they had a large order of lobsters they needed to get out. That order of lobsters was after ours, So we asked to have our order canceled and when handing our receipt the cook crumbled it up and throw it at my husband and said this was not fast food and he would not give us our money back!!! Mind you our order was three cups of soup and one hot dog. It did not get very pleasant from there. The menu is not a very extensive menu, $$$$, and the place kind of a dive.

I ordered scallops, it was fresh, and not the usual greasy breaded deep fried. The price is ok with the quantity.
