The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Medicine Hat

Had a wonderful time at the Keg tonight. Been to many locations before but this was my first time to the Medicine location and it was the best experience I’ve had at a keg. The hostess was wonderful. She got us in right away, accommodated us when my wife suggested somewhere warmer, and was able to keep an awesome genuine conversation and dropped off our food with a smile. She even showed us where the washrooms were and the bar (being it was our first time there) Our server was excellent as well, always on top of refills and clearing plates. Such an outgoing, friendly young girl. Loved seeing how outgoing all the staff was, made for an excellent atmosphere. The food came pretty quickly and was INCREDIBLE. compliments to the chef. Great place. Highly recommend.

5 stars because, Hey, it's a 5 star restaurant anyways, right? The food was amazing. Perfectly cooked steak. Everything about the experience was Great, not to mention our waiter went above and beyond, and it didn't feel forced. Lighting was cozy and the seats were comfortable. Decor was fitting. Takes a little longer on busy nights, but that is to be expected of most restaurants.

One of the best places to go if you want a relaxing night out with friends! Food is always top notch and the drink menu is perfect. The environment allows easy conversation and the service is nothing short of impeccable!

I am gluten free and was treated amazing my food didn't make me sick!! They let me know that it would be handled in a separate part of the kitchen and was served by the manger himself, the amount of respect i had for my allergy was amazing. The manners, food, drinks and the service i had was amazing and greatly appreciated thank you so much!

I have been to this Keg a couple of times. Had steak both times. One was excellent (New York peppercorn) one was average (16 ounce special). They were out of some cuts on my second visit so we went for the special. Drinks were good. Service was very good. This is a nice place to go for a meal out but it is a bit pricey. Steaks are the signature item.
