What amazing food When I mentioned my Shellfish allergy, the manager,Jennifer, took every extra steps to make sure my food did not come in contamination with any seafood or shellfish. She came to see me a couple of times to explain a few options for me. What amazing service. Really made me feel safe to eat my delicious steak Completely recommend this restaurant.

We had a pre-birthday dinner. It was my first time and I am very impressed with the inside. It has a nice ambiance a small high quality menu. The manager or whoever she was gave us a free shrimp cocktail for free for being our first time. We had a nice server but I just wished she was a bit nicer, didn't interact or anything. We had nachos for starters which was better than what i have had around but i was expecting it to have a cheese sauce poured over rather than the usual grated then melt in the oven kind given that this is supposedly a fancier restaurant and olives? Really? then we had steak&shrimp and steak&lobster both medium top sirloin, could use a bit more seasoning and charring. We had mash and fries for sides. Mash could use a pass through a fine mesh seive for a smoother texture and fries was like mcdonalds quality to be honest. I was expecting something a bit more for both sides. Like the usual fries you get from a "fancy-er" restaurant. I think i bought a better bag of fries from Costco not gonna lie. The grilled shrimp however was awesome! Seasoned well! I like the cocktail sauce as well! We had a free dessert and i was surprised to know that there were options! Overall, i would be back again but would definitely avoid the fries and mash.

Food was amazing! Service was great! When our streak wasn't perfect the first time they got it fixed right away and the manager himself came and apologized. Also we got a complimentary ice cream cake for our anniversary and it was TO DIE FOR!!Food: 5/5

Fantastic service! Love the staff here. Atmosphere is lovely, and very cool that the bar is downstairs. Had the escargot, a bottle of red, the prime rib and cauliflower mash. Had to order more cauliflower mash because my daughter loved mine and ate it all! Prime rib always melts in your mouth - always cooked to perfection! And the Billy minor pie - no meal is complete without it. Thank you for also being so family friendly. Can't wait to come back.

Recently ordered from here for pick up for our date night in. The chefs who prepared our food took great care packaging them up. We ordered stuffed mushroom caps and they baked them in tin foil over the tray so they stayed hot and well formed. Our steak and lobsters were delicious and cooked to our specifications. Our dessert was frozen and took care to bag it separately so that it did not melt. Highly recommended for your next date night out or in!

3/5 stars. Food was delicious made the long wait worth it. Our server Nicole was great! But one of the hostess wearing a black dress was rude. She gave us a dirty look when we couldn’t hear when she told us she’ll lead us to our table the first time and repeated it with an annoyed tone. Other than the racist host with the trashy attitude, our experience was great.

great service & amazing food! I went with my boyfriend for a late birthday dinner as we were staying the night in a hotel nearby. it was my first time dining there and manager gave us a free shrimp cocktail to welcome us, which was delicious surprise. Definitely will be going back next time we’re up there! very knowledgeable waitress and nice management:

The restaurant is clean, moderately quiet and the staff were helpful and efficient. We had the escargot stuffed mushrooms, prime rib and the blackened chicken. All were excellent. Best meal I have had this month. Wheelchair accessibility: Multiple levels once inside probably would not be accessible by anyone in a wheelchair.

I’ve always liked The Keg and the handful of times I’ve been before have been positive. However, tonight I didn’t even set foot in the door before things took a bad turn. My partner and I had arrived in The Keg’s parking lot and noticed there were a lot of cars, so I called to see what the wait might be like for a table. The hostess who answered the phone was downright rude and snotty with me, snapping that they were so busy, we wouldn’t be able to make a reservation until way later hadn’t even asked about a reservation and she couldn’t give me a wait time over the phone, we had to be there in person. I didn’t even bother telling her we were in the parking lot because what was the point of going in if they were that busy, so I ended the call and we ended up going to the Sawmill where the service was great. It’s okay if a restaurant is overwhelmingly busy, I understand and don’t mind going elsewhere. The attitude and poor tone is not okay.

My family just moved to gp and went to the keg for the first time tonight, we love the keg. And it was nothing but an amazing experience. I want to shout out the manager I believe his name started with a J, tall guy red hair he was so kind when we got there and I had asked if they had crab yet and he said no but recommended the mushroom Neptune, I told him I get it everytime I go to the keg and we had a good laugh about it. After we got to our table from a very friendly hostess, we ordered our food and as our waitress who was also amazing, was walking away, the manager brought us stuffed mushrooms on the house “as a gift for our family”. How fricken nice of him!!! Our food was delicious and quick, waitress and everyone there was amazing. Highly recommend! Kid-friendliness: We’re amazing to our 4 year old daughter and brought out a little platter for her to start with and bread which she loved. Crayons and colouring as well.
