The Keg Steakhouse + Bar

Ease of access and wheelchair accessibility are both present at this location. Food is great (although wait times can be prolonged due to busy nights). Bar is also a nice place to spend time with friends, colleagues, family and more. Servers are top notch, and washrooms are clean and easy to access. Can be noisy during busy times, but that is to be expected.

First time I have ever given a Keg a bad review. Sunday 4:15pm as we had seniors and kids. 10 adults and 3 kids. We had to wait 20mins for them to set up a table (when they open at 3pm). We had a bad server who seemed to forget we existed. People who came in after us had their orders taken and served before us. We asked that the kids meals be delivered first but were told the order goes into the system, and they'ed be out when the kitchen got to them. Food was delivered cold or overcooked or bad cuts of meat (depending on person). Seniors in group and one family with kids have now sworn off Keg for good. I'll not be going back to aurora keg either.

This Keg location was alright. When I was there, there was a miscommunication in the kitchen and therefore they had to re-do my order. I had to wait an extra 45 minutes. The waitress and the manager did come by and explain the problem. They also did offer a free dessert/drink because of the error. However, I had already waited for 30 mins with no food and no one to tell me about a problem. I felt that it was way too long. When my steak did come, it did come out perfectly. The veggies on the other hand, were a bit hard. I would rate it 3.5 if I could.

Very tasty food, polite staff, clean and excellent service. Lots of parking spots are available at any time. The only issue was the long waiting time before we can get a table, but I can ignore it for the good food that I got.

Went on a Tuesday night with my girlfriend, upon waiting 30 minutes to get a table, the hostess tried putting us at a small square table beside another couple with no elbow space while there were many booths available. The food was tasty but very overpriced and really slow to get to us. The service was horrid as our waiter tried getting personal asking where my girlfriend lived and where she worked. He was very determined to find out where her exact work location was, and when she got off work. This was all right infront of me too. He was very creepy and being very flirtatious. This made us feel very uncomfortable and made our nights go from a 5 star to a 2 star. I actually regret giving a Tip ! Absolutely never coming here again. The keg definetly has a romantic vibe, alittle too romantic for the staff as well.
