The Keg Steakhouse + Bar

Great service. Our server was excellent but can't read his name from the bill. Went on a Friday night with the wife and two kids and it was busy, but fortunately was seated in less than five minutes. Server came immediately after we were seated and went through the usual and took our drink order. Came back quickly with the drinks and some appetizers for the kids so they wouldn't get bored. Typical keg quality and consistency with other locations, but service was unbelievable. Our glasses were never empty, server was friendly with the kids and showed his face every few minutes without interrupting the conversation. Left him a nice tip as I haven't had service in years.

What can I say, it's a Keg restaurant. You are pretty much always guaranteed a good dinner here. I have to say that it's not as good as some of the other Keg restaurants that I have been to, like the Keg mansion, but it is also not as bad as some of the others either. The bar is pretty good, they have pretty much any alcohol you want and they do a good job of mixing drinks as well. The staff is friendly and courteous, but of course I always tip good too. Overall it's a good place to take a date or just to go hang out with friends at the bar or for dinner.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. Even though my wife and I had to wait about 20 minutes or so to be seated at a table, because they were that busy on a cold and snowy night, the hostesses were very pleasant and we figured it had to be because the food must be THAT GOOD! And boy, we were right! The food was great and flavourful, but the most notable part of our experience was the EXCEPTIONAL level of customer service from our waiter Mark M. He was always alert, attentive, courteous, informative, patient and went up and beyond for us. He never rushed us, even though it was revealed at the end of the dinner service, that we were his last table for the night. We weren't disappointed in any way and would totally return to this Keg Steakhouse in the near future. Ask the be seated in Mark M.'s section if he's there. He's great!

The Keg Steakhouse is just one of those places that you can never go wrong. Always consistent and delivering great food with amazing service. For a steakhouse of this quality I think it's very reasonably priced and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy your evening out.

Daily stop for me! Service is wonderful and personal. All the servers know my regular order. Food is delicious. Great spot. I recently hosted an event here and they went above and beyond expectations!
