The Keg Steakhouse + Bar

It is always a great pleasure to dine in Keg, wonderful service, cozy and classic interior, delicious food. Today is Father’s Day, we even got a present for our father with FIFA logoWhat a nice place to celebrate Father’s Day. The food we ordered was Calamari and Escargot to start, Keg Burger and Pistachio Salmon. All is yummy and cook to perfection. Our server is very nice, coming back many times to check on us. We will definitely come back.

Had a great experience at The Keg. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a warm upscale atmosphere, high ceilings, dark wood finishes, and a lively but comfortable energy. It felt polished without being pretentious.nnWe started with the calamari, which was crispy, light, and not overly greasy. The dipping sauces paired well and made for a solid appetizer to share.nnFor mains, the lobster dinner was excellent. The lobster was tender, sweet, and cooked properly without being rubbery. It came with a baked potato and vegetables that were simple but well prepared. The steak was cooked exactly as ordered with a great sear and plenty of flavor. Both dishes were generous portions and nicely presented.nnThe baked potato deserves a mention on its own. It was fluffy, hot, and a perfect classic steakhouse side. The vegetables were fresh and not overcooked, which isn’t always the case at larger chain restaurants.nnService was friendly and attentive throughout the meal. Water glasses stayed full, food arrived at a good pace, and the staff checked in without being intrusive.nnThe restaurant was busy, which is always a good sign, but it never felt overcrowded or excessively loud. The bar area looked inviting and would be a great spot for drinks before dinner.nnOverall, The Keg continues to deliver exactly what people expect: consistently good steaks, quality seafood, generous portions, professional service, and a comfortable atmosphere. It may not be the trendiest steakhouse in town, but it remains one of the most reliable places to enjoy a great meal.nnHighly recommend the lobster and steak combination. A very enjoyable dining experience from start to finish.

We visited The Keg last Thursday as a family of five to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and overall we had a great experience.nWe ordered a variety of dishes to share, including scallops wrapped in bacon, deep-fried calamari, octopus, shrimp, and vegetables for appetizers — everything was fresh, flavorful, and nicely presented. For the main course, we enjoyed steak with French fries, which was cooked well and very satisfying.nThe kids had burgers with fries and absolutely loved them — always a win when dining out as a family!nI was hoping to try a mushroom or lobster soup, but unfortunately those weren’t available on the menu that day. I ended up ordering the onion soup, which wasn’t quite to my taste, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience.nMy husband had a draft beer, which he really enjoyed and said tasted great.nDespite the small disappointment with the soup, the rest of the food, the atmosphere, and the experience made our anniversary celebration special. We’ll definitely be back, hopefully to try desert as well — and I’ll be sharing some photos of the delicious dishes we ordered!

Popped in here late last night and treated myself to a father's day meal after a long day of work. Regan bartender was extremely friendly and made solid, educated suggestions on what I should order once I told her how I like my steak. She recommended the Rib Steak bone in and since eating it, I've found my new favorite steak! She walked me through how best to have it cooked Chicago rare and she was 100% on the money. Best steak I've ever eaten in my life. The steak was incredible but the elevated level of service, catered perfectly to me, made me feel like a VIP. I will ALWAYS stop by this location when I'm in the area again. Thank you Regan for making an otherwise hard day into an excellent one.

The hot dishes were served nice and warm, and everything was absolutely delicious. We had the New York steak and the filet, and both were incredibly tender and juicy.nFor dessert, we tried the Billy Miner Pie ice cream cake, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. It was the perfect sweet ending to a wonderful meal.nnOf course, it goes without saying that the service was excellent. Our server brought the dishes at just the right timing, and the menu was explained clearly and thoroughly.
