Waited far too long for our entrees in the restaurant. Waitress didn't even come to explain why we had to wait for so long for our meals until 45 minutes after eating our appetizers. Then we ordered another drink and proceeded to wait 45 minutes more with another apology to wait further. Finally the manager came out and did nothing to give any recompense. The only reason I give 2 stars is the food, if on time is good, but only delivered in a timely manner in the lounge. Won't eat in the restaurant side again. There were people in there after us who had eaten and paid their bills while we waited. Unsatisfied completely.

Had to wait 20 minutes before being seated when the restaurant was practically empty. The happens every time I visit.

Service was great, they had a large group show up before us but they told us what was going on and even offered a free dessert. Food was very good as well
