Papa John's Pizza

Excellent pizza and good costumer service! I wanna tell the lady who was complaining about the wrong order.. it is so normal for a new business to give you wrong order for that reason, you should give these honest working guys a break.. their pizza is excellent thanks

Delivery is fast! Staff is friendly! Beats all the franchises in Fort McMurray for taste....

Had an excellent first experience as Brandon was amazing! Thank you, Brandon, for the very quick service and bonus side dish! Pizza was amazing. We will be back.

The customer service was absolutely horrendous. My order was lost and they had to make a new one. I asked for store credit due to the fact that they MESSED UP (and I had to wait for it to be remade) and the cashier Brandon had the audacity to ask me "Why". Instead he said my order was coming out soon anyways. When I got my order they had forgotten my extra dip and to make matters worse, when I got home after EVERYTHING, I had got the wrong order. The pizza was good but not worth the hassle. You can get good quality pizza from Domino's or Panago without the lack of customer service. I have never experienced such horrible service in my 11 years in Fort McMurray as I did at this Papa Johns. Not impressed.

It's our third time having pizza and wings. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious.
