Domino's

Absolutely horrible customer service, both the guy and the lady here were in such a terrible mood, the guy just stood there being grumpy and the lady was just on her phone the whole time, it took over 15 minutes for myself and another person to place their order and even longer to receive the food. If you want to have a good day, don't go here or your day will be ruined.

I called the location to place an order and I experienced the worst customer service in the history of customer service or at least in my personal experience, the person taking my order was so disrespectful he kept on asking me “if you would like to place the order or not I don’t understand what is a Brooklyn style pizza,” he was the most ignorant and incompetent person I have ever spoken to over the phone. Then he told me there is no Brooklyn style pizza once I explain to him there is a Brooklyn style pizza which dominos provides, he said “yes I understand what you’re saying are you going to place the order yes or no?” Once I asked him for his name he hung up on the phone! I called back and another lady picked up the phone I asked the lady to provide me with the last gentleman‘s name who I was talking to she told me “if I give you his name he will fire me because he’s my manager and his name is Richard” I have never experienced anything this bad the worst the worst worst worst worst worst worst customer service experience I’ve ever had! Super disappointed with the choice of management dominos had made. This was the first time I called this location to place an order. And this will be the last. I will share this horrible experience with all my friends and family so they can be cautious before calling this location.

I ordered a pizza with hot sauce, and when I got there the girl was cleaning something and then picked up my pizza without washing her hands. Since she was behind the counter I couldnt see if her hands touched the pizza or not, but regardless she should have washed her hands. The hot sauce I got had been expired for over 2 weeks
