"OM" is said to be the sound of the universe. The sound of all other sounds. Our "OM" is meant to be your place of peace when your little universe has perhaps lost its own, or to maintain your peace.

Om has a goal of making everybody welcome no matter if you are just begining your journey, or a seasoned travellor on this path of spiritual enlightenment. All are welcomed here.

The owners and operators passion is to help you find your passion as well. Om is a place that facilitates teachers and inspirers to do just that. We have an impressive workshop space, a seperate dance/yoga studio, a kitchen, a treatment room, a store and a private office available to use. Whether you are just stepping into the light or been basking in it for years, we have a space to fit your neeeds.

Om is proud to be be the home of many great teachers in the community that provide workshops, discussions and free events to promote a community of caring and sharing, not just a business. A business build with the hearts and minds of others as opposed to on the backs of others is our intent.
