I’ve gone to Victoria Park nails a few times for shellac manicures and have been impressed every time. Great service and excellent quality manicures. My last shellac polish lasted 5 weeks without a single chip. Super affordable prices too. I would highly recommend!

Outstanding services from Racine!! Got my feet done, hands done, and then I found out that they can direct bill my insurance for massage therapy. I just booked a relax feel tissue massage but since it was my first time there and I was just in town visiting she went out of her way to give me a hot stone massage, and do cupping on top of all that for free. I would definitely recommend this spot and I will come back anytime I’m in town.

I visited this business as a walk-in about two days ago, this business was close and I was in desperate need of a new acrylic set as the last one I had on was not doing well multiple nails falling off etc. Off the bat I wasn't sure they would have time to fit me in as I needed the old set removed and a brand new one however they told me they would have time to do a basic colour set no design which I was very content with. The next forty minutes were extremely stressful as they tried to finish my nails in time, I was super grateful they were trying so hard to fit me in however the rush did result in about three of my nails bleeding and being pretty sore after. The ladies in the business were very sweet in the beginning and I appreciated their time and effort but when I went to pay for my nails I was shocked to know I was being charged $89, as someone who routinely has acrylic nails on this was shocking as I've never been charged more than $80 even with complex designed nails. I attempted to confirm the price and was told it was extra due to GST. In a rush to leave I decided to pay and leave, my total after tip at this point being almost $100. After some consideration of the price my mom decided to call in and ask due to me feeling a bit scammed, I have been told that my mother immediately felt the woman over the phone panic a bit as she broke the price down, $65 for a new set reasonable and she claimed $15 for removal of my old set although I am almost positive they branded removal as $10 on the prices set on the wall of the business So, even considering removal being $15 I should have only been charged $80 $84 exactly with GST the woman realized the mistake on the phone and my mother was told I could return to the business to get my $5 back however at this point I am not too sure it is worth the hassle especially after feeling the staff was not the most friendly when it came to inconveniencing them. I left this business feeling somewhat uncomfortable, I feel as though my age I am young, and appear young was used to push more money out of me, especially when I was passed a lottery ticket after paying? Whether it be $5 or $10 I was overcharged I think it is extremely unprofessional to not follow the prices shown on the wall and website of your business. My nails are lovely and they did an amazing job however they are nothing special and were not worth a $100 charge especially when I left bleeding.Services: Acrylic nails

New Owners in November. Things aren't as great. The staff are friendly, and helpful...but honestly since the change over that occurred I gave them two tries and I will not be going back. In both of the last pedicures they cut too much skin off causing me to have to use polysporn on my wounds, and in this recent visit they also used excess oil which destroyed my Lulu pants.

We were frequent customers. Went in for an eyebrow waxing. We told the old lady that we wanted it thicker and only remove the excess hairs. She waxed off our eyebrows leaving only a very thin line. Eyebrows are a very important factor when it comes to a face. She did my sister’s eyebrows and she messed up big time. Informed her that I didn’t want to have the underneath of the eyebrows waxed. Only take it from the upper part. She instead waxed the underside. I told her that it was not what I wanted. What she told me was that “I’m not done, I have to take more of it.” Like I said, I only wanted a shaping. When we questioned her, she was so rude about it. I hoped she’d apologize. It was so infuriating. We used to go there for their excellent customer service. I think the new owner doesn’t care enough. It was a disappointing experience. It’s better if you go to other places where they actually consider your options.Service: Waxing

Lovely ladies who do a great job every time! Lost a star because my appointment started 10 minutes after the time I booked once, but otherwise they’ve been right on time. Would recommend!

I got my toes done yesterday and they turned out amazing so I booked an appointment today to get some UV Gel nails and let me tell you, the ladies did NOT disappoint! 10/10 would recommend this nail salon! The staff is so kind, lots of availabilities and great finished product. Another wicked this is they have a points program! Highly recommend!!

Love this place! Lucy was so nice and detailed with my nails. Pricing was very reasonable, will definitely return.
