I highly recommend ProActive Health Group for chiropractic care! Dr. Jirjis has been beyond exceptional in his care methods, and has provided invaluable insight into my current conditions/issues, most of which I was completely unaware of how connected they are. It has only been a couple of months worth of visits and I have already begun to see improvements in my posture, foot pain, knee pain, and lower back pain. I was a bit worried at first about being able to comfortably access the office, but they conveniently have a parking section behind their office that you can drive up to from a ramp in the front, which eased my concerns! Not to mention the hours of operation have been more than flexible for someone like me who works Monday to Friday, 9-5pm, and the office staff are a pleasure to communicate with. 5/5 stars for a great team!

I visit Pro-Active Health weekly and see my favourite massage therapist Leah she is amazing and listens to your issues. Leah makes me feel very relaxed and comfortable during my visit and makes sure to always keep a great conversation going as well, I would definitely recommend her. I was also involved in an accident and I also get treated by Dr.Jirjis, He is a fantastic chiropractor over there, He had taken very good care of me making sure he adjusts me and works on the issues consistently. I can definitely say since my Accident I’ve improved significantly and noticed change.

Dr. Greg and his team at ProActive Health Group are the best health practitioners I’ve ever been to. Not only did they totally help me with my problem but went above and beyond and gave me a bunch strategies to help myself just be better overall. I would recommend everyone going to ProActive Health Group whether or not it’s to see the chiropractor, physio therapist , massage therapist, or natural path.

Proactive health group has been helping me for the last couple of years due to various reasons. The experience provided by this clinic is great. I have personally been treated by Dr. Alex Fizowhich for the most of the time I have gone there. He is an amazing physio/chiro who really values his patients various issues and makes sure to do his best to solve the problems they have. On top of that the staff that work there are very respectful and helpful. I would recommend to anyone who wishes to go to a good physio clinic to check out this place.

Dr. Alex is amazing!!!! I was initially seeing him for sport related injuries and he was able to give me relief I havent felt in years!!! Most recently I have been seeing him because of a vehicle accident and he was easily able to switch up the treatments and aid me in any pain or discomfort I am feeling. His strong hands, exponential knowledge and down to earth personality make him an amazing Chiropractor and I would highly, 10/10 recommend. His office receptionists are so sweet and friendly and bring a smile to your face as soon as you walk in and are so helpful with scheduling. I LOVE ProActive Health Group. I will probably be a patient for life as something always hurts and the service I receive is phenomenal thank you Dr. Alex and all the staff at ProActive Health Group!

I've been working with this clinic for 6 months now with both Melissa my physiotherapist and Dr. Uchacz my chiropractor and definitely recommend them. Both clinicians demonstrate excellent bedside manner and have been very compassionate and patient in understanding my problems and goals for treatment. Melissa was able to pinpoint several muscle imbalances which have been causing chronic pain for me and she was able to develop a treatment plan which has successfully eliminated them. On top of that, Dr. Uchacz has been able to identify many issues in my movement patterns which have been putting my physical health at risk and keeping me injured for many months. Together, we are working to address these to keep me healthy and mobile in the long term. If you need any more convincing to give this clinic a visit, just know that they have worked with many professional athletes and will treat you with every ounce as much care and respect as one, too!

I have been going to see Dr. Greg Uchacz for just over 2 years. He and the staff here are are some of the most respectful and helpful people around. There have been numerous times I have walked in with issues or injuries and I have walked out the door with it fixed, or at least with the tools to heal over time. If you’re looking for a new chiropractor there is no better place to go for this top tier service.

For two years I have been in and out of chiropractors and physio therapist for hip pain that was limiting my mobility and activity. I stopped enjoying pretty much every physical activity involving hip muscles because I was afraid to aggravate the pain. It's not that previous treatments didn’t help, they would take some pain away, but it would be just temporary. Then I hear about ProActive Health Group and Dr. Greg Uchacz. I decide to make appointment snd go see Dr. Greg, and explained to him my pain and suffering. After five minutes consultation with Dr. Greg turns out that the cause for my hip pain is not my hip but my knee that I had surgery ten years ago. Turns out, it is never been treated properly and that I've been walking unbalanced and overcompensating the way I walk and run, and that we need to fix the knee first and work the hip muscles. It has been two weeks since my first visit and after just two treatments I felt so much better, there is a light on the end of the tunnel. Don't loose the hope go see people at ProActive Health Group.

I have seen multiple physiotherapists and chiropractors over the years and have only ever gotten short term relief. Dr. Uchacz and Melissa were able to successfully determine the root causes of my problems and have built me a recovery program to not only feel better, but become stronger. Couldn’t recommend them more!!

I’ve been receiving chiropractic care since 1978 when I was incapacitated by ankylosing spondylitis. Dr Greg Uchacz was recommended to me by a chiropractor in Halifax when I moved to Calgary and I have been seeing him for twenty years.
