I had called to get a quote on a paint job corporate promo which was quite good, but they informed it would not be 'honored' as I would need a 'customised' quote, so i get a quote which was very high, the manager calls me and reduces it after , and then there are some other adjustments required- which he said he will send a revised quote- in the meantime I decided not to pursue further business and I replied back politely by email, and to my utter disbelief I have an email reply from a GM' You have been black-listed from our company for future business ' as it seems you had asked for a quote in 2015 and now as well' , so does it imply that once you get a quote , you have to accept it ?? and in any case does a professional company reply back when they lose a potential customer the way the GM has replied me in this age of customer service ?? I would caution anyone intending to do business with HIG

I hired the Home Improvement Group for their Painter of the Day promo which included 7.5 hours of painting. Melanie in customer service handled my job, and was very pleasant to deal with. She booked a painter for me for a few days out, and Fabio came on time in the morning and did an amazing job. I only needed 4 walls repainted, and he was clean, professional and polite. I would highly recommend hiring these guys for painting.

THE BEST SERVICE AROUND!!!!!! I had a list of work I needed done around the house. I simply called up the home improvement group and booked a handyman service. While I was at work they sent over a professional jack of all trades and got all the work done. My list included painting one bedroom, replacing 4 bedroom door handles, replacing old caulking with new in my downstairs shower and removing basement carpet. I was expecting to do a little sweeping of the downstairs basement being that the carpet was all ripped out. I was surprised to see that everything was spotless! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR ALL THE GREAT WORK!!!! I will definitely use this company again!!!!

The Home Improvement Group did an amazing job bringing life back to our kitchen. It was old and outdated and required many updates. They replaced our cabinets, counter tops and back splash. The workers were extreamly polite and very professional. They even took the time to properly tidy up once the renovations were complete. Thank you Home Improvement Group I love my new kitchen!

My name is Massimo and I don't know where to start.my experience with this company was just horrible. They lie and there work is not professional .they took two months to finish my tiny washroom and overcharged .please don't deal with this guys and ps I have pics for anyone to see shame on the home improvement group
