Build It By Design was a pleasant surprise in the world of contracting. From the beginning to end of the project they were clear about their delivery dates in which they met or exceeded them. Their pricing structure was clearly laid out, was fair, and didn't increase at any point of the project. I am satisfied with the finished product and would certainly recommend and use them again for our future restaurants.

Build it By Design were fantastic from Day 1. They helped us deal with the City which was not an easy task, built our store in record timing, and supported us even after our store was finally open. We have received so many compliments about the store's professional appearance to the point that most customers mistake us for a franchise chain. Thank you BIBD for hand-holding us through this typically challenging journey. We look forward to working with you on our next project!
