Terrible customer service. Bought several items for our home renovation. -Vanity marble top was cracked. -Faucet not the same as shown on box (department manager accused me of switching faucets then re-taping the box!). -Curved shower rod broken. Got refund. Return clerk said he will not bend over for me again. (He recognized me from my earlier return) I will not shop at Home Depot again!

We went in for a few major appliances. Very helpful staff, no pressure to buy. Generally good prices. My only complaint was the low amount of gas ranges on display. With the HD website open on my phone at the same time, we could read reviews and make comparisons in real time.

Great staff. Nice store. Strongly dislike self checkouts. If I want self checkout I use Amazon and even then Amazon does the checkout work.

After a rough start (the reason for the loss of 1 star), i want to give a shout out to Leslie in appliances and manager Sylvie. Leslie was super helpful in getting my gas hook up set up for me and Sylvie was quick to find a solution to my problem, which even included an associate delivering an item directly to my house on their way home. Thanks ladies!
