Can not say anything worst about there shop guy had wrong part for a brake job and the bill so messed up you could not read it. After telling them just to give me my key and piss off they change the parts to the right thing and dropped my bill on a just rear brakes by $700. STAY AWAY THEY AND JUST CONS!

Worst service department in the area. I am not sure how many more negative reviews the owner needs to bring in an automotive manager that knows what he is doing. They balanced new tires on rims with mud caked on the inside.... once the mud fell off the tires they were out of balance.... go figure!! On the positive side, the retail department is managed well with friendly staff.

Had to wait for 20 min in line while other employees instead of helping just took off. Also no one at the tire counter to help when looking for new tires. And then had to wait 20 min for an employee from sports to come with keys after they were called there. Basically took over an hour to receive half the service I required that should have taken more than half as long.

Worst Automotive experience in my life 2 + hours for oil change and tires put on!! I would have put negative stars if possible! I've never written a review in my life but this Canadian tire is beyond brutal!! Whom ever owns this store you should be ashamed for your employees for the awful name there giving your establishment!! Maybe so Re training... I will never return to you automotive centre! I wanted to support local I will with Beans and Hanks as I usually do
