The Historic Gooding Hotel Bed & Breakfast

We were delighted with Dean and Joy who were our host and hostess over the two night stay. Our room was clean and very inviting. The hotel is quite old so the floors creak and the plumbing was added and very adequate. These are the features we like-we love old houses and all the charm they have. Our food was cooked by Dean and he provided a lot of history about his family and the area in general. It was great talking with him at breakfast. Our experience was just great and if we are in the area again we will surely stay again.

Hard to explain the charm, but i was in the middle of march there with a little of snow and it was just beautiful. The creaking wood and the with love made rooms are just inviting! (If you got a thing for it tho) The owner is the nicest Motel owner I've ever met, so nice listening to him about the story of the motel and Gooding. The breakfast he made was on the same level as Grandma's. Just see for yourself. Not the cheapest motel, but worth every penny!

Wonderful little place to stay! Beds were comfy, TV room was apparently very nice (I did not go in there but my Dad did), and breakfast was delicious besides being a little too rich for me. The place was very historic and even seemed interesting to me, someone who does not really like to learn about history. Owners were very respectful and kind but were always willing to have a conversation. They even had two little birdies! 🐥 If you need a place to stay definitely consider staying here.
