The facility is great. But the customer service philosophy is awful. They have no idea how much to charge for family open swim. Every day is a different value. I've had to argue almost every time my family and I go there. Also the pool scheduling is very limited and restricted. The absolute worst part is that they will do private bookings of the pool DURING open swim and not post it on the website. When you finally get there, after driving for 30 minutes, you learn you can't go in. The best part: "we posted it on the board, right here". I guess that's a good way of covering your back. It's also a great way of showing that you don't care about your customers that drive from outside of Gravenhurst. Not family oriented service. Especially if you have little children. I find that they cater to the older crowd.
